About the Film
Jyotsna, a woman from a Himachal village, faces a difficult time during childbirth as her husband suddenly passes away. Unable to accept her fate, she becomes detached from her child and relentlessly searches for her husband. Caught between the past and present, Jyotsna's struggle with motherhood grows hostile. Will she embrace the bond with her child, or will her past pain haunt her forever?
About the Director
Princy Pal, a filmmaker and storyteller, holds a PG Diploma in Direction and Screenplay Writing from Satyajit Ray Film and Television Institute (SRFTI). With a background in journalism and mass communication, she combines her diverse skills in storytelling and filmmaking. Princy has contributed as an associate director for Earthcare Production's IUCN film on the future of the Himalayas. Currently directing the independent documentary "My Shepherd," she has showcased her works at national and international film festivals.
