About the film
The film follows Sobhan, who has been washing dead bodies for twenty-five years, ignoring the fear of death, in memory of his wife, whose last rites took place without washing her body. He wants no one to die like his wife. Destiny plays its part when he succumbs to the pandemic. Will his body also surrender to the same fate?
About the director
Chaklader Mustafa Al Mashud (Mashud Sumon) has been involved with theatre since 2001. He has been working as an actor and organizer for over two decades. He has acted in many plays including `Kanjush’, ‘Amra Tinjon’, ‘Tapashwi and Tarangini’, ‘Rathajatra’, ‘Shilpi’ and ‘Daakghor’. He has participated in drama and cultural festivals in various countries including the United States, Canada, France and Monaco. This is his first short fiction film.
