Aruna is a journey of a newly married woman, who moves out to stay with her younger sister to explore her independent life and mould her feelings to find her way amongst the prejudices around her.
About the director
Akshay S. Poddar is an Independent Filmmaker from Delhi. An alumnus of Asian School of Media Studies, Marwah Studios, Noida, he has directed a few short and digital films for different digital platforms. These include Gareeb Rath Express (2015), Dil Patang (2018), Kisne Kaha (2019) and Aruna (2021).
