About the Film

Two Afghan migrants, yearning for a new life in Europe, find themselves ensnared in the treacherous web of human trafficking in Iran. Their dreams of freedom are challenged by the escalating demands of ruthless smugglers, their every move shadowed by uncertainty and danger. As borders tighten and desperation mounts, they must navigate a precarious path fraught with perilous choices. Will they succumb to the traffickers' relentless squeeze, or can they muster the courage to break free and forge their own destiny?

About the Director

Born in Kermanshah, Iran, in 1977, Afshin Amerian graduated with a degree in Electrical Engineering. Passionate about storytelling, he has directed and produced ten short films to date, exploring diverse themes and captivating audiences.
