ABOUT THE FILM
On their way to a new life in Pune, Shilpi, a determined woman seeking work, is faced with a difficult choice when her intoxicated husband gets separated during the Ram Mandir consecration rally. With the bus ready to depart and her hopes for her son Manu’s future at risk, Shilpi must decide whether to leave Madhu behind or sacrifice their dreams of a better life
ABOUT THE DIRECTOR
I am currently enrolled in a direction course at the Film and Television Institute of India (FTII), Pune. I hold a Master’s degree in Physics from the University of Pune. Although my academic background is in science, my passion has always been theatre, acting, and cinema. Growing up in a small town of Maharashtra, I am driven by the aspiration to bring the experiences of my surroundings to the big screen.
