About the film

Deceased old Janardan descends on earth responding to Sonai's call. Sonai, Janardan's granddaughter, welcomes her 'dadu' with a warm heart. But gradually it becomes difficult for Janardan to accept the changes that happened in his absence. Apart from all the complications and difficulties, the impact of socio-political issues like NRC (National Register of Citizens - India) on his family gives him extreme trouble.

About the director

Pavel Paul is a freelance graphic designer, illustrator and motion graphic artist who is passionate about filmmaking. He enjoys experimenting with various visual possibilities and different storytelling techniques. He has previously directed two short films- Correlation and From Moon, which have been acclaimed critically in various national and international film festivals.
