About the film

Sarita, a young girl of 12, is told that she has got her first periods and thus can't go to the temple of Lord Ganesha, who she thinks, to be her best friend. She is told that, if she does so, Ganesha will punish her. The film revolves around her quest of whether she should fulfil the promise given to Ganesha or listen to her mother.
